I've been exercising my little heart out for weeks now and have become bored with the usual cycle/treadmill/rowing sequence at gym so yesterday I decided I was going to try to start with the Couch-to-5K running program.
Oh my gawd! I've just done my second day and I am DEAD and here I thought I was semi fit. Scratch that idea! BUT! I'm having so much fun. The 20 mins alternating between jogging and walking FLIES by. I just have to hold on to my boobs for dear life before I knock an eye out. Hehe.
The weight loss is going slowly slowly but I have lost centimeters. I've been doing a little bit of weights as well. I've read somewhere that I shouldn't do weights because I won't show losses on the scale but PFFT. Then I'm not going to worry about the scale. I'm enjoying myself. I feel stronger and healthier.
