Day 7

This is my first blog ever and I'm really excited about keeping an online diary of sorts.

Today is day 7 on the South Beach diet. I will weigh myself tomorrow and check the progress but at the moment I'm a bit tired of it. I'm feeling very lethargic this evening. I don't know if you can feel that way from too little carbohydrates? Mind you, I don't have the proper diet, just a sample one I found online and some guidelines I read at About.com. I made it my goal that when I weigh 97 I will get myself the book as a reward but I'm rethinking the whole thing now. *sigh*

I dug out my old Weight Watchers material and I'm leaning towards using that again. That did work. Not for my 50kg loss though. That I did the stupid way by eating popcorn for supper for about 5 months. Stupid stupid.

Today was my 4th day at the gym. I did some cycling for 20 mins and then walked at a brisk pace on the treadmill for 30 mins.

Baby steps. I'm loving reading everyones weight loss blogs! They are so inspiring XD
